Opportunities to Get Involved
The Ealing Historical Association is run entirely by volunteers, and we’re always keen to welcome new committee members. Whether you can spare a little time or would like to take on a more active role, volunteering is a great way to support the Association while helping others discover and enjoy history.
We are currently looking to fill the following roles:
Publicity Officer
Vacancy
Help promote the Association’s lectures and activities through our website, email newsletters and local publicity, ensuring our events reach the widest possible audience.
Visits Organiser
Vacancy
Plan and coordinate our popular guided visits to museums, historic houses and places of historical interest throughout London and beyond.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising events and helping members explore history beyond the lecture theatre.
Schools Liaison
Vacancy
Support the Association in building relationships with local schools and encouraging students and teachers to engage with our lecture programme.
This role would particularly suit someone with an interest in education, outreach or inspiring the next generation of historians.
Get in Touch
Whether you’d like to become a member, ask about a lecture, suggest a future speaker, volunteer with the committee or simply learn more about the Ealing Historical Association, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
